Greater Atlanta Alumni Association

Sigma Alpha Epsilon

About us

The Greater Atlanta Alumni Association of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, established in 1871, was the fraternity’s first area alumni association.

We exist to connect ΣAE alumni in the Atlanta area with each other for the purposes of lifelong brotherhood, and business networking.  We also get involved with the undergraduate chapters as opportunities arise to strengthen these chapters, and the men in them.

Our members come from many different schools, and span a broad range of graduation years, and occupations.

We meet every month at the Piedmont Driving Club for lunch, eight days later at a local watering hole for a happy hour, host a Christmas party in early December at a member’s home, and hold the Ivan Allen Rush Party in the late spring at Cherokee Town and Country Club.

Annual dues are $35, luncheons are $20 ($25 for ΣAEs who are not members of the GAAA-ΣAE).

GAAA-ΣAE is the most highly recognized alumni association in the realm, winning the following national awards:
-Bill Fiscus Outstanding Area Alumni Association Award: 1991, 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010, 2015, 2016
-Outstanding Alumni Association Communication Award: 2001
